As we said when we introduced the Primeknit versions (which you can view here), the word ‘iconic’ can sometimes be used incorrectly, but in the case of the <a href="http://www.touschaussures.fr/adidas-originals/adidas-superstar">adidas superstar soldes</a>, that is definitely not the case – and this year the shoe is having a big year. The traditional leather upper is replaced by a no-sew WOVEN one, which for this first release sees a mix of Core Black and Running White in a style that mimics the outline of panels on the original design. To give the shoe more familiarity, the shell toe and sole unit add some contrast in a clean white finish. There’s no argument that the SUPERSTAR is a classic shoe and sometimes messing with a classic isn’t the right thing to do but, like the Primeknit versions, this is another perfect example of things being done correctly.

The pack includes 50 – yes that’s right, 50! – tonal colourways of the iconic <a href="http://www.touschaussures.fr/adidas-originals/adidas-superstar">adidas superstar homme pas cher</a>. The idea behind this release is the idea of the importance of individuality; it’s not about following the pack, or telling someone else what to wear. You cannot impose a style on a superstar – nor a trend, or a colour. Each of the shoes features a leather upper, with matching stripes, shell toe, lining and sole. Only the inner sole strays away from single coloured finish, with the design we have now become accustomed to from PHARRELL WILLIAMS collaborations on this model.

Longtime adidas authority and associate Robert Brooks’ Dubplates provided the good eats with goat sliders, chilli & sorrell chicken wings and spicy fish goujons amongst the dishes that were staving off our hunger all night.The centrepiece of the evening was undoubtedly the <a href="http://www.touschaussures.fr/adidas-originals/adidas-superstar">adidas superstar femme pas cher</a>-branded stage floating on the reservoir, which was taken to by Koreless, whose atmospheric set was complimented perfectly by a spectacular light show.The opportunity to scribble without inhibition in 50 shades of Sharpie capped off a perfectly executed evening.
